Job Description:

Reporting to the Production Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Promoting the culture and principles of Lean Manufacturing through the Kaizen philosophy;
  • Analyzing and mapping internal production processes within the plant;
  • Promoting targeted projects to improve processes;
  • Promoting projects aimed at standardizing procedures;
  • Developing dedicated and specific KPI systems for each relevant line and process to continuously monitor improvement project results;
  • Organizing specific training sessions on Lean Manufacturing topics.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Professional experience of at least 2-3 years in similar roles;
  • Degree in Engineering or economic/technical disciplines;
  • Participation in specialized/master courses in Kaizen and/or Lean Manufacturing is appreciated;
  • Previous experience as a shift supervisor/department head is valued;
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is appreciated;
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Proactive attitude, openness to change, innovation, and sharing;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Problem-solving attitude.
