GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contribute to the achievement of plant business goals.
• Support constructive changes from the conception of improvement projects to transferring ownership to the team leader as the project matures to implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work independently on all Continuous Improvement (CI) plant tasks, leading workshops, training others, and implementing tools as a process improvement expert.

KEY DELIVERABLES / KPIs

• Realization of the Plant Continuous Improvement plan.
• Process analysis and improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in science, engineering, management, or a college degree in industrial engineering, technology, or science.
• Continuous-improvement certification at Green or Black Belt level.
• Planning skills and the ability to follow up and deliver results.
