Wellspect Healthcare is seeking a Sales Representative to promote continence care solutions across the Marche, Abruzzo, and Molise regions, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will liaise with hospital centers and healthcare professionals to drive adoption of Wellspect products and Navina irrigation systems.

The role requires a nursing qualification or degree, interest in commercial roles or at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of the healthcare system and public procurement procedures,

Competenze

• Nursing diploma or degree required.
• Interest for commercial roles or at least 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Good knowledge of the Healthcare System and public procurement procedures.
• Emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge and use of the Office suite.

Mansioni

• Promotes Wellspect's therapeutic solutions and services in relevant hospital centres and implements collaborative projects with Healthcare Professionals.
• In close contact with Customer Care, provides personalised assistance and support throughout the patient journey from prescription to product delivery.
• Collaborates with Marketing to organise local events and manage logistics, ensuring successful outcomes and follow-up.
• Regularly conducts scouting activities to identify new centres interested in our products and services.
• Oversees purchasing processes by Public Administration, managing quotes/offers and tender procedures.
• Runs CRM activities.
• Aims to achieve assigned sales targets.
