YOUR ROLE

We seek a talented and creative Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a proven track record in managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage content editorial plans for corporate and brand channels and C-level profiles.
• Community management.
• Reporting and data analytics on organic performance and advertising campaigns.
• Manage client relations and coordinate work with other team members (art director, influencer marketing, digital intelligence, etc.).

YOUR PROFILE

• Native English speaker with working-level Italian language knowledge.
• Possession of a residence permit allowing work in Italy.
• 2-3 years of experience managing social media for businesses or agencies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
