YOUR ROLE

We seek a talented and creative Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a proven track record in managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analysing performance metrics.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
2. Create, curate, and manage content editorial plans for corporate and brand channels and C-level profiles.
3. Community management.
4. Reporting and data analytics on organic performance and ADV campaigns.
5. Manage client relations and coordinate work with the other team members (art director, influencer marketing, digital intelligence, etc.).

YOUR PROFILE

• Native English speaker with working-level Italian language knowledge.
• In possession of a residence permit allowing work in Italy.
• 2-3 years of experience managing social media for businesses or agencies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
