Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Content Moderator for the Italian Market. Accommodation from Day 1 is provided and relocation support plus paid training help you settle quickly.

You will monitor content on a major social platform, ensure compliance with community guidelines, and neutrally review sensitive ads to protect user trust. Italian native (C2) and English (B2) are required; moderation experience is a plus.

What Were Looking For

• Italian Native/Fluent (C2)
• English Fluent (B2)
• Previous experience in content moderation is a plus, but not required
• Fast learner with a strong attention to detail
• Able to remain neutral and objective when handling sensitive content
• Calm under pressure and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Empathetic, motivated, and positive-minded

What We Offer

• Base Salary: 1,000 gross/month
• Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
• Relocation Package Includes:
• Airfare reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months
• Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
• Rent is just 280/month (all bills included), deducted directly from your salary
• Paid Training and full onboarding support
• Work with a friendly, international team in a dynamic environment
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts)
• Work model: On-site in Porto, Portugal
