Job summary

FH Collective Academy is hiring a Content Moderator for the Italian Market to ensure safe online spaces. The role offers full-time employment with relocation support and accommodation from Day 1, plus paid training and onboarding.

You’ll work on-site in Porto with a friendly international team and rotating 5x8 shifts. Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) is required or highly preferred, previous moderation experience is a plus.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: 1,000 gross/month
• Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
• Relocation Package Includes:
• Airfare reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months
• Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
• Rent is just 280/month (all bills included), deducted directly from your salary
• Paid Training and full onboarding support
• Work with a friendly, international team in a dynamic environment
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts)
• Work model: On-site in Porto, Portugal
