Content Marketing SpecialistThe PositionWe are seeking an innovative, creative, and passionate Content Marketing Specialist.
This person will be responsible for creating brand awareness and driving revenue by managing digital marketing campaigns.
They will also manage, grow, and deepen engagement with our global e-commerce campaigns.
- Tasks & Responsibilities
- Global Campaigns Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute global campaigns, including developing marketing plans, calendars, budgets, and metrics.
- Coordinate operational aspects of campaigns: workflows, timelines, asset development, budget tracking, meetings, quality control, and reporting.
- Work with the creative team to provide input on creative content and collaborate with the Non-English markets team for regional modifications.
- Benchmark previous campaign data and industry data to improve creative and offer strategies.
- Enhance campaign development processes for better stakeholder visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and conduct usability tests to evaluate content effectiveness.
- Content Project Management
- Manage on-site content workflows: requesting, creating, editing, publishing, migrating, and retiring content.
- Develop and maintain the digital activities calendar, manage content distribution, and aim for growth in revenue, engagement, and website traffic.
- Collaborate on branding, messaging, and positioning.
- Lead improvements to content marketing strategies and processes.
- Use data to develop and manage process and product improvements with stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality content through various channels: website, SEO, Social, EDM, PR, Display, etc.
- Must Haves
- Experience with content marketing growth through organic, paid, and multichannel campaigns.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven results in previous roles.
- Understanding of content performance metrics.
- Experience presenting metrics to senior leadership.
- Open-mindedness to creative strategies and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing.
- Experience managing large-scale e-commerce campaigns.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global campaigns, especially in luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
- Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Track record of audience growth and content project success.
