About the role: Join our fantastic team as our Content Manager - Affiliate Betting Content, leading the sports betting content production team to achieve organic traffic growth, improve content quality, and secure higher search rankings. Combining SEO expertise with creative vision, you will optimize betting content (promo code articles, betting app reviews, bookmaker reviews, betting guides, etc.) for audience engagement and search performance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage Sports Betting Content Production: Order, edit, and publish high-quality betting content across multiple sites, ensuring regular updates.
2. Manage Freelancers: Hire, train, and oversee freelance writers to meet quality standards and deadlines.
3. Implement Content Strategies: Reflect NSN content strategies in the quality and optimization of content.
4. Analyze and Optimize Content: Use analytics to monitor performance and improve SEO and engagement.
5. Project Management: Keep content production boards and documentation current; produce monthly budget reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Native English Speaker: Excellent command of English, with strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• iGaming/Betting Experience: Deep knowledge of the industry, market trends, and content needs.
• Freelancer Management: Experience recruiting and managing freelancers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• WordPress Skills: Proficient in WordPress for content management and SEO optimization.
• Market Experience: Experience with sports betting content targeting English-speaking African countries (Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya) is a plus.
