We’re currently searching for an experienced Content Manager to create and implement our client’s content strategy, including strategy development and writing content across multiple channels and platforms that drive awareness, increase engagement and traffic, share the brand story, and boost conversion and enrollment.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, the Content Manager leads the execution of the client's content strategy, developing and creating content for digital channels such as web, social media, videos, emails, blogs, and newsletters. The role involves editing content for diverse audiences, analyzing performance metrics, and making strategic adjustments to optimize results.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to develop content and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration

  • Serve as the main contact for website-related developer tickets, providing assets and context.
  • Coordinate with SEO and paid media agencies to implement strategies and review content.
  • Assist support teams with website functionality, SEO, and search visibility issues.
  • Align project goals with internal and external stakeholders.

Content Development & Management

  • Upload and manage content in CMS for landing pages, blogs, and updates.
  • Perform QA testing on new builds for layout, links, responsiveness, and content accuracy.
  • Collaborate using Figma for landing page design and content input.

Ticket & Workflow Management

  • Create Jira tickets for development requests.
  • Monitor and follow up on tickets for timely completion.
  • Manage content tasks in Wrike, such as SEO pages and updates.

Testing & Optimization

  • Design and manage A/B testing experiments.
  • Analyze results and report insights.
  • Assist with GA4 tags and triggers setup for campaigns.
  • Create GA4 reports or data pulls as needed.

Internal Communications

  • Draft communications, release notes, and guides for franchisees.
  • Ensure messaging clarity and operational alignment.

Qualifications

Native or near-native English proficiency

At least 2 years of marketing experience in content writing and management

Experience with enterprise-grade web CMS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of SEO best practices
