Content Designers at Qonto use words, content, and systems to deliver the best experience and create the finance solution that energizes European SMEs.
Qonto’s Content Design team consists of 20 highly-skilled professionals, including leads, experts, and senior roles, representing almost 10 different nationalities and backgrounds.
As a Content Designer at Qonto, you will
• Design end-to-end content experiences from information architecture and user flows to clear, contextual copy, making sure every touchpoint feels seamless and intuitive;
• Lead content system evolution by creating scalable patterns, content principles, and design system components;
• Own the complete project lifecycle from user and semantic research, benchmarking, constraints analysis all the way through to localization and technical implementation;
• Spot content opportunities that influence our product roadmap and business outcomes;
• Collaborate as a strategic partner in cross-functional teams, jumping in from day one to help shape design and product vision;
• Champion content design practices by mentoring design and product peers, setting content design standards, and advocating for user-centered content decisions across the organization.

Our UX Writing team is spearheaded by Mélanie , Fiorella , and Andrea .
Their background:
Our Content Design team is spearheaded by Mélanie, Fiorella, and Andrea.
• Mélanie worked as a translator and copywriter in different sectors including tourism, subtitling, and engineering before becoming specialized in luxury. She joined Qonto in 2020 to dive into product content. Now she and her team focus on the core banking features – everything from cards and transfers to financing and savings.
• Fiorella brings 10 years of UX Writing and Content Design experience from big tech companies like Envato, Booking.com , and Hopin. At Qonto, her team works on the customer journey from the very first "hello" during onboarding and registration, all the way through setting up business accounts and localizing our product.
• Andrea has been shaping UX at Qonto since 2021. With his background in communication and content design for behavioral change, he leads a team putting content efforts on our financial tools – think invoicing, bookkeeping, spend management, and cash flow monitoring.
Each brings unique experience and perspective to the team, from Mélanie's structured approach and deep understanding of Qonto, to Fiorella's decade-long expertise in UX Writing, and to Andrea’s organization and attention to detail, elevating our product to new heights.
About You
• Content design mastery: You've got solid linguistic and UX design skills and can help guide design teams in making smart and strategic content decisions;
• Language proficiency: You're fluent in English. Bonus points if you also speak French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, or Flemish!
• Strategic mindset and system thinking: You see the bigger picture beyond individual features, and you know how to apply design methods to content challenges. You also look beyond word choices and are interested in scalable content frameworks and design systems principles. Design/Content systems experience is a plus!
• Team player: You've worked closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Developers, and know how to make cross-functional collaboration work effectively in fast-paced environments;
• Business impact focus: You understand that content isn't just about pretty words – it's about driving conversions, keeping users engaged, and hitting business goals, and you've got experience measuring and tweaking content to make it perform better.
