Who we are looking for : our future Content Creator / Videomaker

We’re looking for a Naples-based content creator / videomaker to help us tell our story, and our clients’ stories, through bold, human, visual content.

Note : You will be responsible for the content production, not for the management of social media .

You’ll be responsible for :

• Shooting and editing high-quality video content and photos for internal and external use (interviews, case studies, behind-the-scenes, social reels)
• Creating visual assets and graphics for social media
• Planning and executing storytelling formats tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Leading the production process end-to-end : from concept to post-production
• Handling on-site shoots, internally or with clients (testimonials, field visits, case studies)
• Collaborating with the team to align on storytelling, tone, and strategic goals
• Supporting the logistics around content production, ensuring the right material reaches the right audience, every time

We’re looking for someone who :

Has strong experience in videomaking and editing. You can use the product you feel more familiar with; we will cover the necessary tools subscriptions (e.g. Adobe suite, Canva pro, Capcut, etc.).

Is comfortable designing and adapting visual content for social media (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

Preferred optional : Owns their own production equipment (camera, microphone, basic lighting, editing setup). We will provide a company’s iPhone as content-creation support.

Is based in Naples and available to come to the office on request

Is willing to travel for shoots (travel costs outside of office attendance are covered by HCG)

Is fluent in Italian and has a good working knowledge of English

Is independent, proactive, and able to manage production timelines and priorities

Has a strong visual sensibility and storytelling mindset

Is comfortable working with people on camera and capturing natural, engaging footage

We don’t require specific titles or degrees; we care about your portfolio (also personal works) and your mindset. If your content tells good stories and brings ideas to life with clarity and personality, we want to see it.

What we offer

Here’s what you’ll get when you join our squad :

4-Months paid Internship : you’ll receive a monthly reimbursement of €700

After the 4 months, in case of successful collaboration, you will be offered a promotion with a monthly RAL ranging from €1200 to €1500 based on the value you are bringing to the table.

Remote-first work setup : You’ll mostly work remotely, with in-person presence at our Naples office when requested (usually once a week). If you wish to come to the office besides the days of requested attendance and join the team, you are free to do so from Monday to Friday.

Travels, also outside of Italy, are to be expected. Travel costs (outside of office attendance) are covered by HCG.
