The Position

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our Communication team. If you're passionate about storytelling, have an eye for content creation, and possess proven experience in crafting engaging content across various platforms, then you might be the person we're looking for!

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of new digital formats and the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, captivating, and impactful content, particularly through post/ articles, videos, infographics, and other visual elements.

Responsibilities

During your internship, you will support the team in:

• Conceive, develop, and produce a variety of digital content, including, but not limited to:
• Post/ Articles: Creation articles for website and copy for social network
• Videos: Ideation, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), tutorials, interviews, and explainer videos
• Infographics: Design and creation of clear and informative infographics to present complex data and concepts in a visually appealing way
• Images & Graphics: Creation of static graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
• Podcasts/Audio: (Optional, if relevant to the company) Support in the production and editing of audio content

• AI: Involvement in experimental projects related to the use of AI for communication and digital marketing
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing teams to align content strategy with business objectives
• Maintain high quality and brand consistency across all produced content, adhering to style guidelines and tone of voice
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, new creative formats, and content production tools
• Analyze content performance to optimize future strategies

Requirements

• Strong visual and verbal storytelling abilities communication skills (verbal and written) both in Italian and in English
• A bility to write and deliver training courses and materials; ability to read, understand and communicate business and technical information;
• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and best practices for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, (it is a plus to have a portfolio demonstrating the ability to create high-quality content across various platforms)
• Experience in video editing software and graphic design software and familiarity with SEO
• Interest and curiosity in the world of Artificial Intelligence.
• Time-management and predisposition for teamwork, proactivity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Italian
