Position Summary

As a Content Creator Specialist at Metrikflow, you will plan, create, and manage content across our social media channels, website, and marketing materials. Your role will be key in enhancing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and transforming webinars, white papers, and events into engaging formats for platforms like LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and experienced with managing content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn—whether through personal projects, freelance work, or previous employment. Fluency in Italian is essential, as much of our audience interacts with Italian-language content.

Tasks

1. Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) on social media channels like LinkedIn and TikTok.
2. Edit and repurpose recorded webinars into short, impactful video clips for social media and marketing.
3. Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule to maximize engagement.
4. Write blog posts, case studies, and newsletters aligned with our brand voice.
5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and brand building.
6. Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
7. Stay updated on trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.
8. Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms.

Requirements

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those without extensive experience, provided they have a passion for content creation and social media management. Our requirements are:

1. Proven ability to create engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube—either personally or professionally.
2. Experience with basic video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar.
3. Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to resonate with various audiences.
4. A creative mindset and awareness of social media trends.
5. Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
6. Proficiency in English for work communication.
7. Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite is a plus.
8. Passion for sustainability and technology is highly desirable.
