We are looking for a Content Creator Specialist (part-time) to join our young and dynamic environment. If you have a passion for storytelling, social media, and creating engaging content that makes a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you!

2. Position Summary

As a Content Creator Specialist at Metrikflow, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across our social media channels, website, and marketing materials. You’ll play a key role in boosting our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and repurposing content from webinars, white papers and events into engaging formats for platforms like LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, and familiar with managing content on platforms such as TikTok , Instagram , or LinkedIn —whether through personal projects, freelance work, or previous professional experience. Fluency in Italian is essential, as much of our audience engages with Italian-language content.

Tasks

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, and videos) across our social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn or TikTok).
  • Cut, edit, and repurpose recorded webinars into short, high-impact video clips for social media and marketing use.
  • Develop a consistent posting schedule to maximize engagement and reach on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Write blog posts, case studies, and newsletters aligned with our brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure content supports lead generation and brand-building efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms.

Requirements

We’re open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds, including those without extensive professional experience, as long as they have a strong passion for content creation and a track record of managing social media accounts. Here’s what we’re looking for :

  • Proven ability to create engaging content for platforms such as TikTok , Instagram , LinkedIn , or YouTube —either personally or professionally.
  • Experience with basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on producing content that resonates with different audiences.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to stay ahead of trends in social media and digital content.
  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
  • English work proficiency.
  • Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and technology is highly desirable!
