We Are Social in Milan is seeking a Content Creator to join our Creative department. You will collaborate with copywriters, editors and other creatives to transform briefs into engaging visual content and campaigns across social media.

The role is hands-on, focusing on ideation, video scripts, short-form videos, and bringing cultural insights to campaigns. You’ll work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team and travel as needed.

• Content Creators are responsible for creating content across all media channels.
• This role is very hands-on, creating visual content in response to clients briefs and relaying them to the Creative Direction.
• Their work is focused on campaigns, activations, editorial and digital content across different social media platforms.
• Responsible for design executions and creating visual response to briefs with the supervision of seniors and directors.
• Concept ideation, short-form video scripts, film/edit TikTok or Reels, moodboards, and assisting on client briefs.
• Understanding culture and communities, creating visual scripts and briefs for content realization.
• Collaborate autonomously within a multidisciplinary team including animation, video editing, photography, or illustration.
