We Are Social in Milan seeks a Social Media Manager to lead social communication strategies, editorial planning, and creative content for assigned clients. You will work across platforms, combining strategy, creativity, and analytics to deliver insight-driven editorial plans that support client objectives.

The role requires consistency between brand positioning, editorial execution, and performance optimization, with smart working up to 2 days per week in a young, dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Native English speaker (UK) with strong writing ability across brands and audiences.
• Able to plan editorial calendars and manage multi-platform content strategies.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms, formats, and trends.
• Excellent editorial planning and ability to present ideas clearly.

• Develop multi-platform editorial plans aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Own day-to-day editorial planning across social channels and calendars.
• Write engaging, platform-native copy and ensure content quality and consistency.
• Coordinate end-to-end content production to meet deadlines and editorial requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Client Service to deliver strong social campaigns.
• Contribute to strategic development of social campaigns and brand presence.
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize editorial strategies.
