What You'll Do :

Strategize & Execute Content :

Develop and execute comprehensive content plans for diverse platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, retail, and promotional materials. Manage Content Production :

Oversee all facets of content production, from initial creative briefing to production and post-production processes. Act as Event Producer :

Lead seasonal events, managing pre-production planning, set logistics, on-site coordination, and delivery timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet brand identity and quality standards. Collaborate Cross-functionally :

Work closely with internal teams like E-Commerce, Social Media Managers, and Retail Directors to create compelling content that aligns with business objectives. Oversee Multimedia Projects :

Coordinate projects to produce high-quality multimedia content, including photography, videography, and graphics. Ensure Brand Consistency :

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content touchpoints. Stay Trend-Aware :

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and integrate insights into content strategies. Manage External Partners :

Oversee external vendors and contractors, including photographers, videographers, stylists, and graphic designers. Deliver On Time & Budget :

Ensure all content and productions are delivered efficiently on time, and within budget. Analyze Performance :

Track and report on content performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring :

A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in content production

or related roles, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry. Proven experience as a

producer or project coordinator for photo / video shoots , demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A solid understanding of content production processes, including photography, videography, and graphic design. Proficiency in content creation tools, such as

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) . Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A strong creative vision and an impeccable eye for detail. Understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices is a plus. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
