Retail Hub is seeking a Communication & Content Specialist to lead content creation and manage digital presence across projects. You will shape the company’s brand identity, produce engaging material, and collaborate with the team to drive strategic communication.

The role involves planning campaigns, producing visual content, updating WordPress sites, and leveraging AI tools for faster delivery, while maintaining consistency across web and social channels.

Formación

• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms for content and campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with WordPress and email marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute social media content and campaigns across all channels.
• Produce visual content: videos, graphics, presentations, digital materials.
• Manage content calendar and asset delivery timelines.
• Create newsletters and email campaigns.
• Update website content on WordPress.
• Repurpose long-form content into short formats (reels, carousels).
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation and production.
• Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Monitor content performance and prepare reports.
• Suggest new formats and ideas to promote projects.
