Job Opportunity: Contact Center Employee at Adecco Italia S.p.a
Adecco Italia S.p.a is seeking contact center employees in the debt recovery sector.
Main Activities:
- Manage inbound calls.
- Contact clients needing assistance with overdue invoices.
- Provide consultancy to verify reasons for non-payment with clients to prevent service suspension and recurring administrative issues.
Training:
Selected candidates will participate in a pre-employment training course starting on May 5th, lasting one week.
Requirements:
- Middle school diploma.
- Good communication skills and a commercial attitude.
- Propensity for telephone contact.
- Strong motivation and results-oriented approach.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Active listening skills.
- Time management.
- Empathy.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with IT systems.
Offer:
Fixed-term contract with the company, part-time 30 hours/week over 5 days. Work hours are on shifts from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Contract according to CCNL Telecomunicazioni, Level II.

Via della Nocetta, 00164 Rome.
