Contabile/Accountant Administrative

Hotel De La Ville, a renowned 4-star luxury hotel in Monza affiliated with the Small Luxury Hotels of the World chain, is urgently seeking an Administrative Accountant.

We Require:

• General accounting and industrial accounting skills
• Organisational and management skills, tidiness, and accuracy
• Experience in the use of IT tools and accounting software
• Knowledge of accounting regimes and administrative-accounting procedures
• Ability to analyse and prepare annual and consolidated financial statements
• Knowledge of tax obligations, both periodic and annual
• Respect for deadlines
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Diploma in Accounting, Commercial Expert or Commercial Technician, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• Consolidated experience in the role, experience in the hotel or catering sector and knowledge of Opera management and Sysdat accounting software is considered preferential
• Good knowledge of the English language

Job Description:

• Recording of invoices and other accounting documentation, keeping of general ledger accounts, accounting reconciliations - knowledge of electronic invoicing
• Maintaining cost accounting and budgeting systems, also with the use of spreadsheets
• Interface with management also through monthly reporting
• Management of supplier payments and schedule management-use of remote banking
• Management of interface with front-office for checking account balances Clients
• Management of relations with external tax, labour and accounting software consultancies
• Digital archiving of documents
