The Role

You will manage accounting and administrative activities, ensuring correct execution of financial operations and maintaining accuracy and transparency in accounting records.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage general and analytical accounting
2. Register and control invoices (accounts receivable and payable)
3. Supervise the invoice authorization process
4. Manage collections and payments
5. Perform bank reconciliations and control cash management
6. Prepare adjusting and closing entries
7. Handle tax and fiscal obligations (VAT, direct and indirect taxes)

Ideal Candidate

- Belongs to protected categories (L. 68/99)

- Holds a degree in Economics or a Diploma in Accounting

- Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Has in-depth knowledge of general accounting up to the preparation of the Financial Statements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Good knowledge of English

- Precise, reliable, and capable of working independently

- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
