About the Company: A consulting firm specialized in Tech and Life Science sectors, serving as a reference partner for companies in clinical, regulatory, quality, pharmacovigilance, and medical affairs areas. Provides innovative technological solutions to support organizational improvements.

The Role: Responsible for managing accounting and administrative activities, ensuring accurate financial operations and transparency in accounting records.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage general and analytical accounting
2. Register and verify invoices (both receivable and payable)
3. Supervise invoice authorization process
4. Manage collections and payments
5. Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
6. Prepare adjusting and closing entries
7. Handle fiscal and tax obligations (VAT, direct and indirect taxes)

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered with protected categories (L. 68/99)
• Degree in Economics or Accounting diploma
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Deep knowledge of general accounting up to financial statement preparation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English
• Precise, reliable, autonomous, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
