Una prestigiosa azienda del settore alberghiero cerca un contabile con almeno 3 anni di esperienza. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in Economia e contribuirà in modo autonomo alla gestione contabile, alla redazione di bilanci e alla gestione delle fatture. L'opportunità offre flessibilità con un giorno di lavoro da casa a settimana e una retribuzione competitiva.

Competenze

• 3 anni di esperienza in un dipartimento contabile.
• Conoscenza della normativa IVA italiana/straniera.
• Fluente in inglese (minimo livello B2).

Mansioni

• Gestire fatturazione attiva e passiva e registri contabili.
• Supportare chiusure mensili e redazione di bilanci.
• Gestire le transazioni finanziarie e processi aziendali.

For a luxury boutique hotel company, we are looking for an

ACCOUNTANT

Ideal profile :

1. Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics (Accounting / Controlling or equivalent);

2. 3 years of experience and expertise in accounting department / chartered accountant;

4. Conceptual and analytical thinking skills;

5. Excellent communicational and organizational skills;

6. Strong problem / conflict solving attitude;

7. Knowledge of Italian / Foreign VAT regulation;

8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Ms Excel in particular),

9. Fluent in English (min level : B2) both written and oral.

The selected candidate, reporting to the Italian CFO, will autonomously perform the following

activities :

Manage active and passive invoicing and accounting records and reconciliation;

Manage financial transactions ensuring the timely execution of all the company payments;

Support in monthly, quarterly and annual closures;

Support in the preparation of company financial statements;

Support in structuring procedures and processes;

Day by day accounting activities.

Availability : immediate.

Workplace : Milano (MI), Italy. 1 day of work from home / week

Indicative allocation and salary : to be defined in relation to candidate’s abilities and experience.

Contract as a subordinate; gross salary depending on the experience and the capability
