Une entreprise de boutique hôtelière de luxe cherche à recruter un comptable pour rejoindre son équipe à Milan. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en économie, 3 ans d'expérience, et sera responsable de la gestion des factures et des rapprochements comptables. Ce poste offre une journée de télétravail par semaine et un contrat en tant que salarié.

Competenze

• 3 ans d'expérience dans le département comptabilité / comptable agréé.
• Anglais courant (niveau min : B2) écrit et oral.

Mansioni

• Gérer la facturation active et passive ainsi que les écritures comptables.
• Support dans les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
• Préparation des états financiers de l'entreprise.

For a luxury boutique hotel company, we are looking for an

ACCOUNTANT

Ideal profile :

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics (Accounting / Controlling or equivalent);
• 3 years of experience and expertise in accounting department / chartered accountant;
• Conceptual and analytical thinking skills;
• Excellent communicational and organizational skills;
• Strong problem / conflict solving attitude;
• Knowledge of Italian / Foreign VAT regulation;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Ms Excel in particular),
• Fluent in English (min level : B2) both written and oral.

The selected candidate, reporting to the Italian CFO, will autonomously perform the following

activities :

• Manage active and passive invoicing and accounting records and reconciliation;
• Manage financial transactions ensuring the timely execution of all the company payments;
• Support in monthly, quarterly and annual closures;
• Support in the preparation of company financial statements;
• Support in structuring procedures and processes;

Day by day accounting activities.

Availability : immediate.

Workplace : Milano (MI), Italy. 1 day of work from home / week

Indicative allocation and salary : to be defined in relation to candidate’s abilities and experience.

Contract as a subordinate; gross salary depending on the experience and the capability
