A global health technology company is seeking a Consumer Marketing Manager responsible for the Mother & Child Care segment. This role involves developing consumer-centric marketing strategies to drive growth and improve satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Marketing, 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, and be fluent in English and Italian. The position fosters teamwork and in-person collaboration at least three days per week.

Consumer Marketing Manager - Mother & Child Care - IIG (Italy, Israel & Greece)

Apply now to join Philips as a Consumer Marketing Manager responsible for the Mother & Child Care segment in the Personal Health Business across Italy, Greece, and Israel. This role involves developing and implementing consumer-centric marketing strategies to drive business growth, improve consumer satisfaction, and enhance brand preference.

Your role includes:

  1. Planning and executing effective Business-Market-Combination (BMC) strategies based on detailed business analysis, collaborating with marketing and sales leaders.
  2. Driving demand generation and ensuring achievement of KPIs such as sales, market share, and gross margin through pricing, product mix, and marketing ROI.
  3. Developing and implementing a 24-month integrated marketing plan aligned with personal health and brand strategies in the zone.
  4. Managing product portfolio including new product launches, updates, and phase-outs to optimize market presence and costs.
  5. Collaborating with trade and shopper marketing teams to execute local trade marketing actions and promotions to boost sell-out and loyalty.
  6. Allocating marketing budgets effectively across consumer, shopper, and media channels.
  7. Partnering with insights teams to analyze local market data, consumer trends, and competitors to inform strategies.
  8. Localizing global content and creating local content (influencers, PR, etc.) in partnership with media teams.
  9. Championing the voice of the customer to provide a seamless omni-channel customer experience.

Team environment:

You will be part of the IIG Personal Health Marketing team, working in a professional, diverse, and collaborative environment, reporting to the Consumer Marketing Leader and coordinating with multiple local and European teams.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the child/mother care industry.
  • Strong understanding of category marketing, online and in-store KPIs.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Global mindset, consumer-centric, data-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, negotiation, and ownership skills.
  • Passionate about health and personal care.

Work culture:
