Job Description

Representing the voice of the consumer for Philips in the Market and being responsible for delivering measurable business impact (Growth, Consumer NPS, and Brand Preference) for the Mother & Child Care in Personal Health Business with consumer-focused propositions. This involves creating and implementing a 24-month integrated consumer-centric Marketing plan in the Italy, Greece, and Israel zone.

Your role :

  • Responsible for effective BMC (Business-Market-Combination) planning based on detailed Source of Business analyses. Partner with Business Marketing & Sales leaders to build the BMC handshake and manage performance against plan. Orchestrate the BMC process to meet targets with Consumer Marketing and Channel Leaders across all BMCs for the product portfolio.
  • Drive demand generation and ensure business performance according to KPIs such as sales, market share, IGM, through pricing, product mix, A&P, and marketing ROI.
  • Develop and execute the 24-month rolling Integrated Marketing Plan (LMAP) based on Personal Health IIG Strategy and Brand Strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all consumer-facing marketing activities are aligned in the zone.
  • Manage portfolio marketing, including omni-channel calendar and product lifecycle (introduction, updates, phase-out). Work with the Shopper Excellence Manager to determine product portfolio and plan product roadmaps for market availability with low stock costs.
  • Collaborate with Trade & Shopper marketing teams to initiate local trade actions and promotions to boost sell-out and loyalty. Optimize offline and online shelf presence to enhance brand preference, conversion, and basket size.
  • Allocate local A&P spend effectively for AOP cycles and BMC planning, ensuring optimal investment in consumer, shopper, and media activities.
  • Partner with Insight & Analytics teams to validate local Source of Business and provide consumer insights on market trends, shopper profiles, and competition.
  • Localize global content and create local content (influencers, PR, etc.) in collaboration with media teams.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and oversee a holistic customer experience, including omni-channel strategies and portfolio management.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, especially in B2C and child / mother care industry
  • Knowledge of category marketing KPIs and online / in-store excellence
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Leadership and teamwork skills, ownership, negotiation skills, and passion for health / personal care
