Consumer Marketing Manager - Mother & Child Care - IIG (Italy, Israel & Greece)

Representing the voice of the consumer for Philips in the Market and responsible for delivering measurable business impact (Growth, Consumer NPS, and Brand Preference) for Mother & Child Care in the Personal Health Business through consumer-focused propositions. This involves creating and implementing a 24-month integrated consumer-centric marketing plan in Italy, Greece, and Israel.

Your role includes:

  • Planning effective Business-Market-Combination (BMC) strategies based on detailed source of business analyses. Partner with marketing and sales leaders to build and manage the BMC process, securing targets across all products in the market.
  • Driving demand generation and ensuring business performance aligns with KPIs such as sales, market share, and gross margin through pricing, product mix, and marketing ROI.
  • Developing and executing a 24-month rolling integrated marketing plan based on personal health and brand strategies, coordinating across business units and regions.
  • Managing portfolio marketing, including omni-channel calendar planning, product lifecycle management, and optimizing product assortment and launch strategies.
  • Collaborating with trade and shopper marketing teams to implement local trade marketing actions and promotions aimed at increasing sell-out and loyalty.
  • Allocating local advertising and promotion budgets effectively within the annual operating plan and BMC planning cycles.
  • Partnering with insights and analytics teams to validate business sources and provide consumer insights on market trends, shopper profiles, and competitive landscape.
  • Localizing global content and creating local content (influencers, PR, etc.) in collaboration with media teams.
  • Championing the voice of the customer and managing a holistic customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.

The IIG Personal Health Marketing team, which values a professional yet fun workplace environment. You will report to the Consumer Marketing Leader and collaborate with various teams across Italy, Israel, Greece, and Europe.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, particularly in B2C environments related to child or mother care.
  • Strong category marketing skills, including online and in-store KPIs such as assortment share, promotions, shelf share, and stock availability.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and Excel proficiency.
  • Global mindset, consumer-centric approach, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and take ownership with a results-oriented attitude.
  • Passion for health and personal care sectors.
