Job Title : Consumer Marketing Manager - Male Grooming IIG (Italy, Israel, and Greece)

Job Description :

Consumer Marketing Manager : Representing the voice of the consumer for Philips in the market, responsible for delivering measurable business impact (growth, consumer NPS, brand preference) for the Male Grooming category in Personal Health Business. This involves creating and implementing a 24-month integrated consumer-centric marketing plan for the Italy, Greece, and Israel zone .

Your role :

  • Responsible for effective BMC (Business-Market-Combination) planning based on detailed source of business analyses. Partner with business marketing and sales leaders to build the BMC handshake and manage performance against plan. Orchestrate the BMC process to meet targets in conjunction with the Consumer Marketing Leader and Channel Leaders across all BMCs for the product portfolio.
  • Drive demand generation and ensure business performance aligns with KPIs such as sales, market share, and gross margin through pricing, product mix, A&P, and marketing ROI.
  • Develop and execute a 24-month rolling integrated marketing plan (LMAP) based on Personal Health IIG strategy and brand strategy in the zone. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure comprehensive consumer-facing marketing activities.
  • Manage portfolio marketing, including omni-channel calendar and product lifecycle (introduction, updates, phase-out). Determine product portfolio strategies to ensure market availability and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Trade & Shopper marketing teams to initiate local trade marketing actions and promotions to boost sell-out and loyalty. Optimize shelf presentation, pricing, and promotions offline and online.
  • Allocate local A&P spend effectively, contributing to AOP cycles and BMC planning to maximize investment impact across consumer, shopper, and media channels.
  • Work with Insight & Analytics teams to validate local business sources and provide insights on consumers, market trends, shopper profiles, and competition.
  • Localize global content and create local content (influencers, PR, etc.) in collaboration with media teams.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring a holistic customer experience across all channels, including omni-channel calendar and portfolio management.

You're the right fit if you have :

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing
  • 5-10 years of experience in consumer marketing, personal care electrical appliances, and B2C marketing plan activation
  • Category marketing knowledge (online and in-store KPIs such as assortment share, promo share, share of shelf, stock availability)
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience, advanced Excel knowledge
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, ownership, results-oriented, negotiation skills
  • Passion for health, beauty, and personal care
