About The Role

You will report to the Consumer Engagement Lead and support all data-driven marketing activities across multiple channels, engaging target audiences at all funnel stages. You should understand how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. Ideal candidates have experience with digital transformation projects, insight-driven strategic campaigns, and work well in multifunctional teams. A proactive approach to innovative e-commerce and digital projects is highly valued.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee digital campaign design and setup.
  • Advise on digital channel mix and design customer journeys by touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Share learnings across brands.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Engagement Lead to create digital activation strategies aligning with brand objectives.
  • Drive data-driven marketing, leveraging insights for strategy refinement and campaign optimization.
  • Manage media agencies and ensure best practices in digital media investment and measurement.
  • Create synergies across departments to meet strategic KPIs.
  • Work with Performance and Finance teams to ensure campaign execution, optimization, and budget adherence.
  • Upskill internal stakeholders on digital media best practices and market trends.

The experience we're looking for

  • Educational background in Data Management, Media, Statistics, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of digital media planning and activation in Italy, including TV, audio, out-of-home, retail media, social, search, video, and display.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in media and performance campaigns, preferably in a leading company or agency.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms like Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360, Google Analytics, AMC, etc.
  • Knowledge of current trends, innovation, and marketing principles.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Experience in digital project management with local, global, and external partners.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
