Key responsibilities

• Driving branding / marketing strategies that result in successful products / brands
• Providing ongoing analysis of the product in the marketplace
• Articulating the needs of the market
• Reporting competitor activity and planning development of future releases
• Creating and integrating product roadmaps into critical business strategies
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure that the product supports overall company strategy and is compliant with legal and regulatory standards
• Interact with external institutional counterparties (eg BoI, Assofin, etc)
• Supervise together with the relevant control function the compliance of the product offer with the pro-tempore legislation in force
• Monitor production quality and profitability and define and apply any necessary corrective measures, in agreement with the Coverage Structures

Skills and experience

• Knowledge of banking regulations and credit granting processes
• Project management skills and ability to collaborate with IT Dept ( OCS), risk e marketing
• ESG and digital skills
• Product processing knowledge (eg NPA)
• Strong relational, interpersonal and communication skills, applicable across different organizational levels
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage conflicting demands
• Advanced level y in English is requested
