Consulting Systems Engineer – FortiADC, FortiDDoS, FortiCASB

Objective :

As a member of the International Sales Department, you will work closely with the Sales Team to position our portfolio of solutions, educate and drive field Systems Engineers in their projects, and report product evolution requests to Product Management.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Member of the CSE team covering the international region, including EMEA and APAC.
  2. Provide second-level pre-sales support to assist the Sales and SE organization with:

o Responding to RFPs / RFIs: design, solution specification, product information.

o Supporting key projects to ensure Fortinet success.

o Leading technical discussions, articulating the technology, and demonstrating differentiated value.

o Conducting compelling solution presentations, demonstrations, and POCs.

  • Responsible for creating technical materials to support sales activities (slide decks, solution briefs, white papers, success stories, etc.), designing, and delivering workshops.
  • Effectively disseminate product knowledge to the Sales Team and Channel.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the Product Management team: report and consolidate customer needs across the international region, validate business cases, and write and prioritize feature requests.
  • Report project activities, analyze trends, and provide market insights.
  • Participate in developing commercial strategies.
  • Participate in seminars and industry events.
  • Travel as required within the international region (EMEA and occasionally to APAC).
  • Be proactive and understand the market potential for your designated technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and peer CSEs to provide input on product direction and strategy.
