As a European leader in Wealth and Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is seeking a candidate to join a team specialized in Wealth Management / Private Banking. The successful candidate will support project managers on consulting projects for leading financial intermediaries.

Main Requirements:

The ideal candidate will assist work teams in consulting activities primarily aimed at the IT departments of client banks, focusing on product and process developments requested by end users, specifically:

• Business requirement analysis and identification / design of developments
• Definition of functional and technical specifications related to proposed developments
• Support for development, configuration, and testing of the developments
• Assistance during the release phases of the developments
• Process monitoring

The role involves working across the following thematic areas addressed by various modules of our proprietary software suite:

• Asset & Liability Management
• Liquidity Risk Management
• Treasury Performance Analysis
• Balance Sheet Management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, computer science, statistics, or engineering disciplines
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Effective time management and team collaboration abilities
