For our Milan office, we are seeking a bright candidate to join the "Consulting" Business Unit as a:

Consultant (PMO)

The selected candidate will be involved in a project for a well-known banking client in Milan, specifically in the credit area.

Activities:

• Requirements analysis for the evolution of systems supporting the Credit area;
• Project management activities for digital implementation processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a consulting firm serving clients in the Financial Services market;
• Knowledge of credit processes;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
• Previous experience preferably involving interface with development teams;
• Degree in economics or management disciplines; additional Master's degrees, specialization courses, or certifications are a plus;
• Good professional demeanor, proactivity, problem-solving skills, team orientation;
• Goal-oriented attitude;
• Excellent command of English, to be assessed during the interview;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location:

Milan - Smart Working, with a requirement to be onsite at the client location a few days per week.
