Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Job Description:

You will:

  • Be an active member of a consolidated team with a scope of 360° consultancy
  • Deliver omnichannel media plan given a budget and a media objective
  • Provide daily support to Client lead in responding to Client requirements
  • Report and support Client in daily workflow
  • Deliver competitive analysis and market insights (focus luxury) to elevate consultancy tasks
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operative relationship with assigned clients
  • Plan and manage media (offline and online integrated) according to guidelines from the Manager
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Participate in defining communication strategies according to Client Manager guidelines
  • Coordinate with creative agencies for advertising materials
  • Coordinate with media owners for spaces, focusing on Print, OOH, and key market partners (Online + Offline)
  • Participate in meetings with clients and market stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in media planning (agency media or internal brand media team); offline experience preferred, online nice to have
  • Experience managing international clients with structured reporting workflows
  • Operational knowledge of media tools (MCS/Nielsen)
  • Strong teamwork orientation
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive attitude
  • Problem-solving skills
