The role for Consultant – Life Sciences involves analytics, strategy design, and AI-enabled transformations in pharma, devices, and healthcare services. Salary range 28.000-33.000; open to both genders under Italian law L.903/77.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in a consulting company, on Healthcare/Life Sciences projects and in international contexts.
• Background of studies in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology.
• Fluent in English; a third language (French, Spanish, German) is a plus.
• Combining strong analytical skills with a passion for details, and able to structure ambiguous problems.

Mansioni

• Deploy strategic consulting for major players in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries as well as Healthcare services.
• Typical engagements include commercial model design and field force sizing, market access and pricing strategy, operating model redesign for medical and corporate affairs functions, omnichannel transformation, and AI use-case deployment across commercial and medical operations.
• Join the project teams in every stage of their work streams: from the design of the project activities, to evidence gathering, critical analysis and final open discussion with client top management.
• This is a practice where consultants at this level present their own work to senior stakeholders.

Consultant – Life Sciences

Who are we looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in a consulting company, on Healthcare/Life Sciences projects and in international contexts
• Background of studies in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology
• Fluent in English — most of our work is cross-border; a third language (French, Spanish, German) is a plus
• Combining strong analytical skills with a passion for details, and able to structure ambiguous problems
• Quick learner by nature, tech-curious, with a genuine interest in how AI is reshaping healthcare
• Positive attitude, fun and easy to work with
• Willing to dare, innovate and prove her/his potential, knowing that one good idea is more important than a few mistakes
