• Work exclusively on projects matching your expertise, with retainer fees for headhunting/search roles.

Qualifications

• Experienced executive/business consultant, interim manager, trainer/coach, or headhunter (m/f/d).
• Entrepreneurial and self-employed in your country.
• Degree and additional qualifications.
• Excellent English skills.
