As a member of our team, your experience will be put to full use, enabling you to become the point person for top-tier national and international clients.

We are recruiting consultants for our Milan office who will be involved in projects relating to :

Environmental, social and governance aspects :

• definition of strategies and strategic sustainability and shared value plans;
• development of governance and organisational models to help companies comply with ESG standards;
• sustainability risk identification and assessment (ESG risks);
• socially responsible investment, sustainable finance and ESG ratings;
• sustainable finance : development of solutions for our clients in the financial sector to align policies and portfolios with ESG objectives;
• sustainability reporting systems : preparing sustainability reports / integrated reporting, defining specific reporting (e.g. TCFD framework) and filling out sustainability questionnaires (from investors and customers);
• development of socio-environmental impact assessment models.

The ideal candidate must have :

• extensive knowledge of the main sustainability and / or climate change topics;
• excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and / or work experience abroad.
• an aptitude for innovation and the development of new services and markets;
• high quality standards and a focus on professional excellence;
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
