For our Milan office, we are seeking a bright resource to join the "Consulting" Business Unit as:

The selected candidate will be involved in a project for a well-known client in the banking sector in Milan.

Responsibilities:

1. Define controlling models
2. Monitor profitability
3. Conduct functional analysis with controlling systems
4. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a consulting firm working with Financial Services clients
5. Knowledge of management control
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
7. Previous experience preferably involving interface with development teams
8. Degree in economics or management; additional qualifications such as Master’s or certifications are a plus
9. Good professional presence, proactivity, problem-solving skills, team orientation
10. Goal-oriented attitude
11. Excellent command of English, to be assessed during interview
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
