We now seek charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team. Please note this is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work, and higher rates for larger projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network.
• Our office team manages all client contracts and billing.
• Acting as a consultant for client projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Creating an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals.
• Receiving a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of €355 per referral work, with potential for higher rates on larger projects.

To qualify, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
• The ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Excellent grammar and a professional telephone manner.
