This is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a guaranteed minimum day rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects will offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network.
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
• Acting as a consultant for client projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Creating an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promoting our consulting services within your network to encourage cross-referrals.
• Sharing in our daily billing income, with a minimum of €355 per referral work, higher for larger projects.

Qualifications needed:

• Consulting experience in one of our practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
