This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of €355 for referral work, with larger projects offering higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network.
• Our office team handles all client contracts and billing.
• Acting as a consultant on client projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Creating an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals.
• Receiving a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of €355 per referral.

To qualify, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of our practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Good grammar and a professional telephone manner.
