This is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a guaranteed minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing
• acting as a consultant on client projects
• building and maintaining client relationships for future instructions
• creating an independent client referral pipeline
• promoting our consulting services within your network to encourage cross-referrals
• receiving a share of our daily billing, starting from a minimum of €355 per referral

To qualify, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations
• Problem-solving skills
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network
• Strong grammar and professional telephone manner
