This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will earn a minimum of €355 per day for referral work, with larger projects offering higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network;
• our office team managing client contracts and billing;
• acting as a consultant on client projects;
• building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions;
• creating an independent client referral pipeline;
• promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals;
• earning a share of our daily billing.

To qualify, you should have:

• consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed;
• ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations;
• problem-solving skills;
• motivation to succeed and grow within our network;
• professional grammar and telephone manner.
