Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry positions
3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
4. Strong business acumen and industry insights
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
6. Proven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementation
7. Demonstrated leadership potential and experience working in diverse teams
8. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
9. Outstanding project management and organizational skills
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
11. Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
12. Strong research and report writing abilities
13. Adaptability to different industries and client needs
14. Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous
