Note: This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of €355 for referral work, with larger projects offering higher rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team manages all client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant on client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Create an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network to encourage cross-referrals.
• Receive a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral.

Requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional communication skills and grammar.
