Role Details:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work, with larger projects offering higher rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
3. Serve as a consultant for client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for future instructions.
5. Create an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
7. Receive a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral work.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
2. Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
5. Professional communication skills and telephone manner.
