This is a self-employed, commission-only role, offering a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work, with larger projects commanding higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
• Serve as a consultant for client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Create an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network, encouraging cross-referrals.
• Receive a share of our daily billing, starting from a minimum of €355 per referral.

To qualify, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of our practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Excellent grammar and professional telephone manner.
