Role Details:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work, with larger projects paying higher rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
3. Act as a consultant for client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
5. Create and manage an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
7. Earn a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of €355 per referral work.

Candidate Requirements:

• Consulting experience in the relevant practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and expand within our network.
• Professional communication skills and grammar.
