Role Overview:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
3. Serve as a consultant for client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing work.
5. Create a referral pipeline independently.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network to encourage cross-referrals.
7. Earn a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in one of the specified consulting areas.
2. Ability to source leads, close deals, and manage client expectations.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
5. Professional communication skills and grammar.
